Let’s Begin with the Affirmation for Week 38 !

“I Am Perfect Just as I Am”

When I affirm that I am perfect just as I am, it was not intended to state that my life is flawless. What I mean is that I am in a good space. I am not daydreaming about being someone different or how to escape somewhere else. I am precisely where I am supposed to be.

When I affirm this perfection, I am aware of my entire self- my goals, my dreams, my strengths, my greatness, my imbalances, my present and near future. Occurring at the same time, I am all of these things and I am learning through self-developmentto love me.

I am aware of my present state and I am grateful for all of the experiences that brought me to this uniqueness. Including perceived negative events which bestow a level of inner and external growth. My sexual abuse has created courage, wisdom, truth by light/dark, perseverance, and compassion to reflect on today.

I am not saying that I am proud of the abuse. Today I motion the acceptance of my whole self. I now cherish these moments of self-love by declaring my passion for life direct insight.  I give thanks today for the parts of me that formed the will to gratefully live.

“I Am Perfect Just as I Am”

No matter where you are right now on your journey as a sexual abuse survivor, remember that there is more to you than what the eye may perceive of the self at this time. You are a Survivor-Stay in action on your healing journey every day and meditate on these concepts,

"I Am Perfect just as I Am.”

Visualize the Affirmation, see it in color or as shaded black and white, however, the mind perceives it, allow for the current response to form naturally.  Listen to yourself without judgment and begin to frequently journal this process as you transition the mind to higher knowledge of yourself.
