Listed below are the 6 Stages of Behavior Change  to forward healing. #survivor to #thriver ​ ​ ​1) Precontemplation-  There's no current intention for change 2)  Contemplation-  You recognize having a problem 3) Preparation-  You are within a month for action 4) Action-  Execute an action plan 5)  Maintenance-  You work to prevent relapse 6) Termination-  You are no longer at risk for relapse ​ Identifying factors that may promote negative behaviors or block positive ones can help you prepare for behavior change .  Concentrate on the most pressing need first, then work toward a balance across the conti...
