N                  Nurture myself and others ​ Let’s Begin with the Affirmation for Week 35 ! ​“I Can Create Support & Protection for Myself Today” ​ LEARN MORE Holistic Heath Tips--->Here Self-Care Tips--->Here ​Metaphysical Insights--->Here When I was a vulnerable child, the only Support & Protection I could create was to disconnect or some other form of expression in order to separate from the scene of abuse.  Today I am aware in my adulthood that I have access to the many forms of Support & Protection. What I need to do is discover them. ​ In the meantime, I may require help in brainstorming ways to create Support & Protection for myself.  I am aware of my mode for a defeatist, victim style of thinking. While I grow more accepting of my choices, I can initiate Support & Protection for myself in frightening and potentially unsafe situations. ​ I have a lot of resources in my life today. Being of age, I have the opportunity to leave a situation I consider threatening or hazardous to me. I will notify authority for assistance whenever I feel that I need it.  I will dismiss any activity that does not feel safe for me to engage in, and also people who my intuition alerts me of being unsafe. I will utilize critical thinking skills and judgment without second-guessing.  I will not give grounds for my actions. I have the right to feel Protected & Supported. The more conscious that I am of the danger signals from within, the more I command my rights of myself outside as well. ​ LEARN MORE ​ ​“I Can Create Support & Protection for Myself Today” ​ No matter where you are right now on your journey as a sexual abuse survivor, remember that there is more to you than what the eye may perceive of the self at this time.  You are a Survivor-Stay in action on your healing journey every day and meditate on these concepts,“I Can Create Support & Protection for Myself Today.” Visualize the Affirmation, see it in color or as shaded black and white, however, the mind perceives it, allow for the current response to form naturally.  Listen to yourself without judgment and begin to frequently journal this process as you transition the mind to higher knowledge of yourself. ​ Reality in Consciousness begins at the very moment as the work is placed forth by your intent to grow and change for the betterment of self, aiding in the improvement of mankind!  ---> Ancestors | a Daily Observance ​-->The Power of Sound, Tone, & Vibration  ​Thank you again for staying in tuned to reality in consciousness on this week’s segment, “I Can Create Support & Protection for Myself Today” | Affirmations | for a Sexual Abuse Survivor| Pt 35.
