One might not be so open to receiving guidance in the form of a Support System may be due to their outdated awareness of one’s capability to perceive a system that which suits the individual’s uniqueness. For most of us, we know that there is more than one road to a form of contentment & always room for additional enlightenment in Life.
Thankfully, in today’s informational age we are more inclined to uncover new age tools that one may choose to apply for their own necessary growth & life skills today. Depending on your personal Support needs, I discovered from my own experiences, a host of ways to reinforce a Dynamic Support System during a time where I had felt isolated & unsupported the most. With that challenge behind me in the clear past, I am pleased to have come across an empowering Support systemwhich I gleefully lead to my unique lifestyle still today.

Online Community SupportThe Online Community Support groups have every form of Support that one can ever think of. For instances, you can find Support for health issues, family, phobias, addictions & so on. I utilize online communities the most because of its convenience & anonymity, but if one may have a disability this could be a good fit as well because you don’t have to leave the home.
Seek online chat rooms, blogs, email lists, forums, or some have their own profiles on social media. Begin to perform an online search using keywords that include names with specialized groups. Next, visit the website to find links forums & similar online communities. Read through the content to measure the level of support provided by the other members & to verify that it is active & current. It is always a good idea to join more than one Online Community Support group. This way, one will find the group that is the most helpful.
Just as anywhere else, conduct discernment when sharing information online about yourself such as telephone number, names, etc. With that being said, do not participate in communities that encourage you to stop any treatments instructed by a professional, purchase products/services, or are judgmental about your choices in Life.

Support Groups
I would define a Support group as a group of people with common experiences or concerns that provide each other with encouragement, comfort, advice, coping strategies, or first-hand information. A person’s relationship with their doctor or other medical personnel may not provide adequate emotional support, or their family & friends may not understand the impact of the individual’s condition is a sign to seek support elsewhere.
Participating in a group provides you with an opportunity to be with people who are likely to have a common purpose & understand one another. Other added benefits of Support groups include:
*feeling less lonely, isolated, or judged
*reducing distress, depression, anxiety, or fatigued
*improving coping skills
*staying motivated
*empowerment
*gaining more knowledge, information of specialized subjects
*practical feedback
*learning about health, economic, or social resources
The Support group’s format may vary from face-to-face meetings, or teleconferences by a lay person-someone who shares common experience often lead the group, but can also be led by a professional facilitator, such as a nurse or social worker. Most structuring of these groups is from a non-profit advocacy organization, clinic, hospital, community organizer, or independent of any organization & run entirely by group members. If the individual becomes dedicated to this type of support setting it will supply educational opportunities in the means of guest speakers or discuss a topic related to the group’s needs. Try it for a few weeks & consider a different Support group if not satisfied with the present. One may begin to research Support groups through a doctor, health practitioner, clinic, hospital, a non-profit organization, national institute of health websites, local county websites, general online keyword search.
During this process, you should be aware of red flags that indicate a problem with a Support group. For example, promises of a sure cure, high fees to attend group, or pressure to buy products/services are all signs to stay away. Remember that support systems aren’t a substitute for regular check-ups with a health professional.

Becoming free from restriction should be an essential component of the overall mission for your education. Listed below are the representation of the important elements for you to sustain when applying an educational Support system.

Spiritual Support
Each individual has a Spiritual nature it is part of & effects every aspect of the whole person. Spiritual distress can be as agonizing as physical pain & unfulfilled Spiritual needs hinder progress. A Spiritual Support system doesn’t have to be difficult or intimidating. By applying simple concepts, one can become more effective with daily Spiritual interventions.
Spiritual care promotes quality of Life, which benefits the whole person & elevates all aspects of health & healing. Meditation is one of the most powerful ways to develop your Spirituality. The oldest aboriginal culture of the earth used meditation as a tool for Spiritual purification, as every religion uses meditation for Spiritual development still today. Your body & Spirit are connected, therefore, the foods you eat have a direct impact on your Spiritual strength & progress. Eating consciously means to consume foods & drinks in ways that express your self-love & empowers your Spiritual ability to accomplish things in your physical world. By eating consciously & meditating, you can begin to develop your Spiritual support system faster than outside ideologies.
It is possible for you to progress a Spiritual Support system without religion. But to do so, you must take responsibility for your own education & growth.

Self-Advocacy
As time went on, I unconsciously cut ties with the people who were detrimental to me. It was easy, in some respects due to the physical distance away from them, & for a while I felt like a coward because I didn’t confront the issues directly. It felt like I was running away from my problems. But I was wrong. Without being aware of my actions, I was practicing self-advocacy by removing myself out of the reach of the people & places that triggered me. *Click Here to Join Our Recharge & Recovery Group. Reality in Consciousness .com Declare SUPPORT Are there people who you know that aren’t good for you in your life? Is there anyone who doesn’t support you in becoming the best version of yourself? Find those who honor your dreams. This can be a challenge to think about… I once told a family member that one of my desires in life was to study journalism & the harsh feedback that I received in return had paused my dream for writing several years. I came from a background of emotional & verbal abuse and I learned to advocate for myself painfully slow, but I discovered that each step I took made me feel more free!!! *Click Here to read: "How to Protect Your Child From all Forms of Abuse" You don’t have to cut these ties completely out of your life. I don’t encourage the cross-country retreat that I practiced, though it worked for me. A more effective way is to educate yourself on techniques & strategies to deal with those people. Often, as in my example, the bullies can be in your own family. Situations to that magnitude should be dealt with professionally, of course, but a daily practice of self-advocacy will restore your will. Embodied patience is something I am greatly accustomed to. As a child, it seemed I was always waiting for something. Branching opposite of an ailing atmosphere, the opportunity to leave an abhorrent home life, someone to love me in a healthy way, or to just be simply noticed. Until these present moments, while thinking back to when I grew older, I may have subconsciously programmed this learned mode of waiting into some of my dream goals for in my life. It is interesting to note that I expected to wait for positive things to occur for me. This was the only way I knew how to defend against the feelings of hopelessness caused by my abuse. Now that I know I may unknowingly be continuing this waiting game in my healing process today. Along the way, I’ve discovered so many wounded parts of me that I have to place my Life on hold until I am completely whole. I could be shelving relationships, career goals, & even happiness until I am healed. These actions are a mistaken belief that the child-within still grasp to. Today I command that the child-within no longer has to be perfect to receive what she deserves. She no longer has to pause Life to live in joy & gratitude. In these moments I can recognize & acknowledge which parts of me need healing & understand any limitations I may have through awareness. As I persist to grow & heal, establishing extra self-care & risks so that I am always in the flow of Life. Today I honor my active persistence in Life, not just an observer who is waiting for her turn. No matter where you are right now on your journey as a sexual abuse survivor, remember that there is more to you than what the eye may perceive of the self at this time. You are a Survivor-Stay inaction on your healing journey every day and meditate on these concepts, “My Life is in Process!!!” Visualize the Affirmation, see it in color or as shaded black and white, however, the mind perceives it, allow for the current response to form naturally. Fear is as near to me as breathing. At moments it manifests itself as anxiety & can easily escalate into a total shock of terror or even into a panic. It is an emotion I have had for an extensive amount of time & one I seemed to experience on a routine basis. Some moments the intensity was so unforgiving where I felt that it wasn’t meant for me to survive the pain. The emotion can clearly take on a life of its own. Learning from my own unique experience, all children need to form a healthy fear of harmful things. This is how they learn important critical thinking skills to make wise decisions about their safety. However, as a child sexual abuse survivor, I was subjected to traumatic experiences that would disallow any chance I might have had to see fear as an ally. During my recovery & recharge processes, I have found that I can walk through any emotions which leads to fear that could spring up. I begin by being attentive to my breathing so that it’s naturally free-flowing, getting grounded in the present moments, & by creating a sense of security around me. Secondly, I reassure myself that I can tolerate the feeling. I can either choose to express the frequency imbalance or not. I’m careful to not analyze at this time what’s causing the fear. That will come later. I may be surprised that most of the pain & anger highlight the terror & anxiety. All these emotions were trapped within my child-self, & today I am helping her at last to express them. Fear doesn’t have to cripple me, stealing my freedom. Each time that I feel my fear & mow over it, I am diffusing the power of the offender. I am expressing that I will no longer be restricted by my abuse. I will feel the fear, take action, & move on in spite of it! My child-within no longer needs to hold onto terror. I will help her remove it so that we may both live in the present moments. No matter where you are right now on your journey as a sexual abuse survivor, remember that there is more to you than what the eye may perceive of the self at this time. Well, as a matter of fact, before there is any physical activity to be carried out, you must first observe it in the mind. The set information of Power (positive words), Image (i-magi) & Reaction is a “reenactment” of the soul preparation for an ignited systematical duty or purpose. Allow me to describe what I mean in regards to how one may create their reality by way of thought forms which is the willpower of visualization. I’ll draw your attention to the moments of awakening for the day from a night’s rest. First, the mind computes the body to the necessary tasks to conduct prior to opening up your eyes. Next, your body triggers the best solution by imaging for this current charge. Finally, an emotion whether neutral, happy, sad, etc. is then conveyed, all just within a few nanoseconds. Most of the time, we rise out of bed by sitting up to swing our legs off of it without even “thinking about it”. Depending on many internal factors that literally surrounds this individual(click to view-“How to Understand YourSpiritual-Self” Blog Post), either the mind (universal) is in the sway of each thought, each thought controls the mind or both. Meaning that this individual may empower their unique conditions, but can gradually change it if willed to do so with a keen focus. Naturally, how one pursues its start & end to the so-called “twenty-four-hours” can set the tone for a vibrational-frequency of awareness throughout the day. Before any individual can consider attaining prosperity, “what you think, you become”, will have to be integrated with a holistic nature in the whole precision for a crystal clear visualization method to function. Therefore, before applying these methods for visualizing, know that it is not a solution for a disorderly lifestyle. It is necessary to fix your lifestyle beforehand so that your lifestyle supports your visualization. Now will your technique of visualizing become stronger, then will your lifestyle grow especially befitting. With that being said, if one stumbles in the area of life where chaotic behaviors persist, according to Dandapani, a Hindu priest whose motivational short clip I came across about how to control your thoughts, he mentions that there are three things that stump an individual’s empowerment; Which is fear, guilt, & doubt. So, here one can learn how the mind works because once you know how the mind works, you can control it, & once you know how to control it, you can focus it & concentrate it on something you may or may not understand.
Focused Thoughts
Thoughts are pulsed electrical charges within the bioelectrical circuitry of the brain. In accordance with quantum entanglement, where energies act upon one another coactively, all pulsed electrical charges generate information. Therefore, thought-based information is a form of matter that’s continually shared at billions of times the speed of light in the quantum vacuum of zero point. We may, however, make our thoughts intentional, & direct them to specific sources (Mincolla,2013). Thoughts are comprised of atoms. Thoughts generate low frequencies that emit vibrating waves. The human brain generally produces frequencies in the range of 4-30hz, which is a lower exponent of the extremely low radio frequency or ELF range (3-30hz) once used to communicate with submarines. Unconscious thought-wave vibrations are omnidirectional-they’re transmitted in all directions. The Conscious intention, however, generate a more powerful wave vibration & is unidirectional-they’re transmitted in only one direction (Mincolla,2013). It has been proven that unfocused thoughts can be hazardous to the individual’s mental & emotional state of existence. Acute stress typically results in powerful engrams (trapped memory patterns) in the unconscious mind that continue to transmit neurodegenerative brain signals that will literally rot your brain. Neuroplasticity research proceed with the findings that positive mind-reformatting exercises rehearsed with regularity can, over time, reformat & help generate one’s nerve pathways (Mincolla,2013). The law of practice is defined by becoming superior at whatever it is one practice, whether it’s positive or negative, it doesn’t matter. When an individual practice something over again, then they’ll be magnificent at it. So this is why some people are so great with distraction is because it is what they practice on a day-to-day basis. To be focused is to be able to keep your awareness on one thing for an extended period of time. The best way to evoke this skill is to bring that practice into your everyday life. Start with opportunities throughout your day, preferably morning, noon, and/or bedtime to practice visualizing goals. When you are able to concentrate on the visualization method, you are able to focus all your energy into a single given point. Most individuals lack the sense of visualizing prosperity is for two reasons; They do not practice, & was not taught how to. Life is a manifestation of where one’s energy is flowing, & if you cannot focus your energy, the things that you want to manifest in your life becomes extremely challenging. *All three methods of force should be performed simultaneously*
Method (1)
Power(Positive Words)
Also known as Power Words, Affirmation, Mantra, Haiku & many more that are consciously willed to become a positive expression is the first method of force to self-enhance a manifestation by visualizing goals. See my last BLOG Post titled “The Sound of Power | “I Am, that I Am” | DailyAffirmations”. Please click here to familiarize reality in consciousness along with this recent source.
As one announces out loud the positive words to them self, be concise & willful during these moments of addressing “I Am”, “I Will”, & “I Can” phrases that are strengthened by spoken words & coincide with the interpret visualization. An example of this can be if one is looking to purchase a new home or move into a more comfortable neighborhood. A good Mantra to voice in the morning and/ or before bed could be “I can own a new home”, or “I will a new place of residency.” Keep in mind with focus & practice how all three methods of force should be performed simultaneously, beginning first with the command words.
Method (2)
Image a Clear Visual
To draw a little more on the previous example in manifesting a new home will also be applied here as well. For the second piece in the visualization application, a crystal-clear vision of what you are seeking really just means for the individual to use their vivid imagination. So then, one will visualize how to perform the necessary steps to arrive at the point of action. In the vision, begin to gather resources and prepare a list for what you will achieve. See yourself applying all of the essential requirements, such as research, costs, what the home looks like, the new location of residence, & so on. Accomplish the search by checking off this list & completing all phases of the work that you put in. In this technique, you see yourself taking action & ending the visual by carrying out the foresight. This can be a simple technique while the trick is to see the necessary initiatives being relayed by the imagination.
Method (3) Reaction: Corresponding Emotion (energy in motion) Emotion is defined as a natural instinctive state of mind deriving from one’s circumstance. They’re based on intuitive feelings from mood, environment, relationships, etc. Raising one’s vibration to reside with the inspired state of emotion doesn’t require a professional actor to live out this experience for visualizing a form of true purpose. A clear intent of this expression is developed through visualizing to feel real. For instance, what is the emotion after seeing oneself finalizing all of that required paperwork to obtain a new home? What is your sense of the new neighborhood? What is the feeling as you drive through the new community? What is your experience just as you arrive at the home? Is the emotion gratification where you jump in excitement or cry tears of joy? Go further with this technique. What does the home’s key feel like inside of your hand? What is the sense as the door is open, walking through each room? To prevail, one will magnify all occurrences by actually utilizing energy in motion with the Power Words, Imaging & more importantly in the Corresponding Reaction method. It is the feeling that manipulates & bring the will at hand into existence. How strong is the conviction, so that what one is seeing in the mind’s eye is going to ground whether or not it’s brought into this reality? Believing is Seeing
Everyone is born with a level or degree of willpower. One can develop willpower for it is like the development of mental biceps around the mind. Because where one’s awareness goes, energy flows, & how your energy will flow towards what is willed through consciousness.
All three methods of Power (positive words),Imaging & Reaction all require a steady effort, & this achievement is met with willpower! With precision, one will set a clear intent by the functions of affirming a purpose with powerful Positive Words, seeing through objects by Visualizing a particular space and/or change, all tying into the Correlation of Energy in Motion which befits the willful “What you think, you Become.” Reality in Consciousness begins at the very moment as the work is placed forth by your intent to grow and change for the betterment of self, aiding in the improvement of mankind!
