Let’s Begin with the Affirmation for Week 7!
~ “I Can Make mistakes and Still be Okay” ~
To allow shame from sexual abuse can dissemble your thoughts orchestrated by the offender in believing that you did something wrong, although opposed to the circumstance.
By design, those impressions of the self materializes into your world where you can express no wrong in the existence. And, in-part, to move away from shame, the mind believes the absolute destruction of character will befall their way of Life in order to dismantle your first priority, which my friend, is you.
Sexual abuses stifling silence can disassociate your universal connection of holistic care and its support team of the Divine interconnection based in unconditional love.
It is the controlling societies in which the stigma and your absence of knowing the powers in and through action & awareness that binds everyone together on this planet.
Do not give permission to the “shame” lead by sexual abuse shut you out from living a “wholestic” lifestyle that will bring benefits to you and the coming generations hereafter.
Continue resilience as you heal, but more importantly, learn to allow mistakes in the day-to-day experiences for eternal spiritual growth and sill be ok.
